This elegant Victorian Sterling Silver Scottish Thistle brooch is dated Birmingham 1886.
Scottish jewellery was made popular by Queen Victoria as it became a souvenir of her frequent trips to Scotland and her Scottish Castle Balmoral from the mid 1800s.
Two Thistles can be seen set into the gallery, with beautiful details that surrounds them, showing fabulous craftsmanship from it’s time.
